Buy Elimite Online

Elimite (Permethrin) kills parasites and their eggs. (It does not prevent these infestations, however.)

It is used to treat scabies (a skin infestation) and lice infestations of the body, head, and pubic area ("crabs").

Elimite comes in a cream and liquid (cream rinse) to use externally. One application of Elimite will usually eliminate the parasites completely. However, the treatment may need to be repeated after 1 week. Call your physician if signs of live parasites reappear.

Follow the directions on the package or prescription label carefully. Ask your physician or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand.

Use Elimite exactly as directed. Do not use more or less of it or use it more often than directed by your physician.

If you have open cuts or scratches on your hands, wear rubber gloves when applying it. If you accidentally get Elimite in your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water for at least 5 minutes.

If you are to use the liquid form, follow these steps:

  • Shampoo your hair with your regular shampoo.
  • Thoroughly rinse, then dry your hair and scalp with a towel.
  • Allow your hair to air dry for a few minutes.
  • Lean over a sink to apply Elimite to your head. Do not stand (or sit) in a shower or bathtub;
  • Shake the bottle well.
  • Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with the liquid. Cover the areas behind your ears and the back of your neck.
  • Keep Elimite on your hair for 10 minutes. Rinse it off thoroughly with water.
  • Dry your hair with a clean towel.
  • Comb your hair with a fine tooth comb to remove any nits. These are the lice eggs and larvae.
  • Wash your hands to remove any medication.

If you use the cream, follow these steps:

  • Wash your entire body or take a shower.
  • Thoroughly massage the Elimite cream into your skin covering your entire body, from your head to your toes.
  • Leave the Elimite cream on for 8-14 hours.
  • Wash the cream off after 8-14 hours by taking another shower.

If you are treating head lice, wash combs and brushes with Elimite liquid. Rinse them thoroughly with water to remove the drug.

Before you buy Elimite, tell your doctor and pharmacist:

  • if you are allergic to Permethrin or any other medications.
  • about any prescription and nonprescription medications you take, including vitamins.

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant. When applying Elimite to another person, wear gloves to prevent its absorption through your skin.

Tell your doctor if you are breast feeding.

Elimite side effects are not common, but they can occur. Tell your physician if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

Keep Elimite in its original container, tightly closed and out of reach of children. Store it at room temperature and away from excessive heat and moisture. Do not store in the bathroom. Throw away any Elimite that is outdated or no longer needed. Talk to your pharmacist about the proper disposal.

Elimite is for external use only. Do not let Elimite get into your eyes, nose, or mouth. Do not swallow it. Unless your physician tells you to, do not apply bandages, dressings, cosmetics, lotions or other skin medications to the area being treated.

After using Elimite, launder (or dry clean) all clothing, bed linen, and towels that you have used in the last 2 days. Be sure to use hot water. Put everything in a hot dryer for at least 20 minutes. Thoroughly clean all showers, bathtubs, and toilets in your home with rubbing alcohol.

The parasites may have been transmitted to family members and close contacts (including sexual contacts). Advise them to see a physician if they develop symptoms of infestation.

If you have scabies, your skin may have become sensitive to the parasite and itching may persist for several weeks after the treatment. This itching does not mean that the treatment failed. Call your physician if you have questions.

Do not let anyone else use your Elimite.

Ask your pharmacist any questions you have.
