How do I purchase medicine online?

From one of the drug pages, click on a link to buy. Fill out the online questionnaire regarding your medical history. After completing the questionnaire, you will be sent to a page to review and confirm your answers. Then you may submit your order.

All information, both personal and financial is encrypted and secure. We do not share any of your information with anyone outside our system.

What happens after I submit my order?

A US licensed doctor will review your order. He or she will approve or decline your request. Once your order is approved, the doctor will send it to the pharmacy. It will be filled and shipped overnight using UPS or Fed EX.

Each prescription will come with directions on how to use it, dosage information and any precautionary information. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacy in case you have any questions.

After your prescription is shipped, you will receive an email you with your tracking number.

What prescription medications are available to buy online?

We offer a limited number of medications that can be dispensed using an online consultation with no medical examination. A thorough review of your medical history submitted by the online consultation is sufficient for the medications we offer.

Your medical history as reported in the online questionnaire will allow the doctor to decide if a requested medication is right for you.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within one business day of the pharmacy receiving and filling your prescription. The order will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when the pharmacy ships your order.

Since an adult's signature is required for delivery, we regret that we cannot ship to a P.O. box.


Can I make a return or an exchange?

It is prohibited by Federal law for any prescription to be returned or exchanged. However, you can return an UNOPENED package from UPS or Fed Ex. We will refund you 50% of the total order. For more information, please use Contact Us.


How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and Discover Card. When the package is delivered, an adult signature is required.


How can I check the status of an order?

You will receive an email which will contain the tracking number of the shipment. If you need to track the status of an order, go to track my order. You will need to log in with the user ID and password you set up when you first placed the order. If you forgot your password, there is a link on that page to have it emailed to you. If you forgot both your user ID and password, please call Customer Service toll free at  888-738-3822.

All orders will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex standard overnight service. Most orders which are placed by 1:00 pm can be delivered the next day. However, there could be a delay in the prescription approval process. If that happens, your order may arrive at the pharmacy too late to be filled same-day.


How soon can I place an order for a refill?

To prevent abuse, our system does not allow a refill to be filled until a few days before your current prescription will run out. We will send you an email when your current prescription is about to run out telling you to come to our site again to order your refill.
